Grade II Listed Terrace

We significant upgraded the principal entrance, main lobby and hallway and first floor lift lobby.

Conceived by an architect and interior specialist, the design team included a services engineer and carbon consultant. Architect designed solid walnut fire doors with bronze panelling were expertly crafted in our own joinery workshop. Limestone flooring was replaced and polished plaster applied to the walls. To improve energy efficiency, the original Crittall metal windows and doors were replaced with double glazed units, and movement-controlled LED lighting installed throughout.
