Lee Messling

Lee has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, 20 of which have been spent as a Director of SW Bruce & Co. Ltd.

He has primary accountability for the company’s Banking, Healthcare and Local Authority framework contracts, and manages the strategic aspects of the resultant programmes of work.

In common with the other directors, Lee adopts a very hands-on approach and keeps a close watching brief throughout his portfolio of projects.

Lee’s key responsibilities include the commercial direction of the organisation, strategic and resource planning and top level client reporting and liaison.
