Andy Monk

With a background in major construction, Andy has a wealth of practical experience gained from over 25 years within the industry. Initially trained as a carpenter, he has worked on a number of large scale projects including the Lakeside Thurrock Shopping Centre Development and Wood Green Shopping City.

Andy’s career path quickly progressed through Site Supervisor to Project Manager. During the past five years he has achieved numerous successful outcomes on projects at SW Bruce, including a fast-track £750k fit out of a public house, installation of a Building Management System in a major City Financial Institution, and a £600k external refurbishment of Grade II Listed NatWest Brighton Pavilions.

In his role as Senior Project Manager, Andy currently plays a key role in spearheading project delivery under a Framework Arrangement for a central London client with a major commercial and residential portfolio.

Andy’s versatile skill set enables him to build effective relationships with both the supply chain and client teams. His hands-on approach ensures his team remains motivated and focused on delivering excellence.
