Global HQ Building

This large-scale Mechanical project realised our client’s carbon reduction ambitions for their global HQ building. The existing gas fired boilers were replaced, and air conditioning condensers were exchanged for air source heat pump units.
The installation required two crane lifts, extensive pipework modifications and building alterations. The works were planned around the operational demands of the building, with extensive out of hours working, ensuring the continuation of ‘business as usual’.
Completing the transformation to Carbon Free, all the gas fired commercial catering equipment within the building was replaced with new electrical appliances.
