Grade II Listed Office Accommodation
This six-storey Grade II Listed former language school was converted into high-end office accommodation, returning the building to its former glory.
The remodelling included restoration of heritage features such as ornamental plaster ceilings, dados, skirtings and original joinery.
The specification demanded a high level of specialist finishes such as limed oak doorsets, Farrow & Ball paints, parquet flooring, marble fire places, bespoke fitted high gloss furniture and innovative feature lighting.
Externally, we replaced Westmoreland slates, bespoke glass roof windows and lead rolled cladding. Completed over a 52-week period, the building now provides an elegant business environment, blending classic features with modern style.
