Sited on the corner of Berkeley Square and Mount Street, this four storey Grade II property is home to a leading couture fashion house, offices and residential accommodation.
Extensive specialist external cleaning and restoration was carried out to both the façade and the ribbed chimney stacks. Ornamental brickwork reliefs and gauged arches were repointed using lime putty, and natural slate cappings to cornices replaced.
Repairs at roof level included slate and clay tile replacement, renewal of lead flashings, repairs to ornamental lead detailing and copper cladding to the domed turrets. Windows were repaired and all previously painted surfaces redecorated.
