This Grade II listed building sits within one of London’s most iconic street settings.
Our project comprised the external repair and refurbishment of several Victorian grand houses.
The scope of work included scaffolding, repairs to render, stone, joinery and metalwork, with extensive roof repairs in lead and Welsh slate.
The façade was decorated leaving the painted stucco in the traditional cream gloss finish seen all over Belgravia.
This was one of three projects undertaken in the same square in 2024; our team was praised by both the client and the residents for their proactive approach and first-class customer service.
