Retail & Office Units
We reconfigured the ground floor of this commercial building to create three retail units. Simultaneously, we fully refurbished the occupiers’ reception and shower/washroom block.
A full Cat A refurbishment; we enabled full access to the building and the reception facility throughout. The dated reception area was transformed to a modern professional environment with high quality joinery and ceramic finishes.
Extensive structural and façade replacement were key to forming the new retail units. Fully glazed shopfronts and sliding doors to reception finalised the transformation. Sustainability initiatives included a green roof installation, and salvaging the original brickwork during demolition for the new façade.
