Hidden behind the historic Holy Sepulchre Church in London’s St Pauls area, this facility for the homeless is located within a small garden area.
Our multi-disciplinary team carried out a major external restoration and an internal Cat A fit out. Two empty buildings were co-joined into one, providing accommodation and welfare for over 20 Rough Sleepers at any one time.
The restoration and refurbishment combined traditional construction skills (including slate and lead restoration) and market-leading M&E technology.
The M&E installation included photo voltaic panels, air source heat pumps and LED lighting.
