A key area of our business, with a value range up to £2 million, commercial projects typically comprise  external refurbishment,  internal refurbishment, remodelling and fit out as well as smaller scale refreshes and redecoration works. 

Projects have been delivered successfully within a broad spectrum of property types including city centre multi storey head offices, local offices, card and data centres, high street retail units and residential apartment blocks.

The majority of our projects are in live environments where our ability to minimise disturbance and maintain ‘business-as usual’ is central to our success.
