Gottfried Mews - Mechanical

This residential new build project comprises the erection of a new two storey development consisting of six mews houses.

With SW Bruce providing overall project management and all the multi-disciplinary services for the build, our Mechanical Division carried out the supply and installation of the infrastructure services from the external utility meters (gas and mains water) into each property.

Each residential unit was served with its own combination boiler, providing both heating and hot water throughout.

Using our in house resource, we supplied and installed all heating pipework and radiators to each room, along with the domestic hot and cold water services to the kitchen, bathrooms and toilets.
All drainage pipework was supplied and installed from above ground to the main below ground drainage system.

Kitchen and bathroom extract ventilation was installed to each unit, comprising a fan, ductwork and multi-vent system, discharging through the roof of each property
