The fabric refurbishment works for these luxury two and three bedroom and duplex apartments, common parts and reception areas included the renewal of kitchens, bathrooms, shower rooms, replacement floor and wall finishes, installation of small power, lighting upgrades and redecorations.

Electrical works included the removal of all existing small power and lighting back to the supply meters. New distribution boards were fitted, along with all new circuit wiring throughout. The communal areas required the replacement of all electrical services with new cabling, containment and accessories.

The works were carried out within an occupied building to a tight timescale. In addition to the selection of a ‘best fit’ team with the requisite skill sets and experience, we placed particular emphasis on a permanently site-based project manager with excellent interpersonal and client facing skills.

Through rigorous planning, coordination, regular review of progress and tight management of project risks, we delivered the project within budget whilst achieving very high levels of finish and client satisfaction
